What if you could take everything you've learned managing Meta accounts agency-side and use it to build something of your own?

Not another client account. Not another set of recommendations you hope someone acts on.

A chance to take real ownership of a brand's growth, make the big decisions and see the impact of your work.

We're working with a rapidly growing DTC subscription brand looking for an exceptional Head of Performance Marketing.

And here's something you don't see in many in-house opportunities.

The founders actively want to meet people from agencies.

They know that managing multiple accounts, testing different strategies, and solving problems across brands can make you an outstanding performance marketer.

You don't need previous in-house experience. You don't even need to have held a Head of title.

You need to be genuinely brilliant at what you do.

What makes this opportunity interesting?

Meta powers this business's customer acquisition, and you'll have the opportunity to own a substantial investment in the channel.

You'll work directly with the founder and senior leadership team, with the freedom to influence decisions that genuinely matter.

An agency and internal support are already in place, but they need someone with the technical expertise to challenge thinking, spot opportunities, and solve problems others might miss.

You'll also have the opportunity to shape the function as the business grows.

You'll go from advising on performance to being accountable for it.

What are they looking for?

You might be a Paid Social Account Director, Paid Social Director, Senior Paid Social Manager or an existing hands-on Head of Performance.

What matters is that:

You've personally managed at least £600k–£700k per month in Meta spend on a single client account, not simply across a portfolio.
Your experience is in conversion-driven campaigns, where acquiring customers and generating measurable commercial results is the priority.
You understand bidding, attribution, optimisation and scaling at a genuinely technical level.
You're still hands-on and enjoy getting into the detail when performance needs attention.
You're commercially minded and ready to take on more ownership.

DTC or subscription experience would be a bonus, but isn't essential. Neither is advanced AI expertise, although you'll need to be curious about how it can improve your work.

What's in it for you?

A salary of up to c.£95,000, potential share options, three days a week in the London office and the chance to make a real difference within an ambitious, growing consumer brand.

If you've been waiting for the right opportunity to move in-house, this could be it.

Even if you've never held a Head of title, we'd like to hear from you.

Apply now.
