Kubix Digital is looking for a Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimise digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads and Meta Ads.

You’ll be responsible for planning campaigns, monitoring performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and using data to increase the efficiency and return on advertising spend.

This role would suit someone who is analytical, commercially minded and comfortable working independently across paid media campaigns.

Key responsibilities

Set up, manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
Conduct keyword research and develop effective campaign structures
Manage budgets, bids, targeting, audiences and campaign settings
Monitor key performance metrics including CPC, CTR, CPA, conversion rate and ROAS
Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results
Use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to support conversion tracking and performance analysis
Review search terms and implement negative keywords where appropriate
Test different ad copy, audiences, campaigns and landing pages
Work with creative and marketing teams on paid advertising assets
Prepare regular campaign performance reports and communicate key insights
Keep up to date with changes to Google Ads, Meta Ads and the wider paid media industry

Requirements

Practical experience managing Google Ads campaigns
Good understanding of PPC principles and paid search optimisation
Experience with Meta Ads / Facebook Advertising
Understanding of campaign targeting, bidding strategies and budget management
Experience using Google Analytics (GA4) and/or Google Tag Manager
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret campaign data and turn insights into actionable recommendations
Good understanding of conversion tracking and performance measurement
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines

Desirable

Google Ads certification
Experience with Google Merchant Center or Shopping campaigns
Experience with Performance Max
Experience with Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads or TikTok Ads
Basic understanding of SEO and landing-page optimisation

What you’ll be doing

You’ll have a hands-on role in managing paid advertising campaigns and will be expected to make decisions based on campaign data rather than simply monitoring performance.

The focus will be on improving campaign efficiency, generating quality traffic and conversions, and helping the business achieve measurable growth through paid media.
