Established for over over 20 years ago our Client is a long established and highly successful Group of Retail / Distribution Companies.

As the business continues to evolve they are looking to appoint within the Digital Team to appoint a Paid Social Media Manager – the role will report to the Head of Performance and is seen as a senior role in the Group.

SKILLS / BACKGROUND NEEDED TO BE SUITED TO THE PAID SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER ROLE

Our Client will be looking for a proven track record of success / experience of the management of Paid Social campaigns – either Inhouse or via an Agency

You will have a proven track record of and passion for Analysis – using Meta Ads Manager / TikTok Ads Manager / GA4 and Looker Studio.

Your passion for and understanding of Performance Optimization / Creative Best Practices and Audience Targeting will be essential in this role.

Other skills / areas of experience essential to this role includes

Manage Budgets / Bids and Targeting – with Audience Segmentation
Develop and execute Paid Social Campaigns
Brief and oversee Creative Content – align with Brand Objectives
Prepare and Report on Weekly and Monthly KPI’s

Annual Salary of c £45,000 – £55,000 – doe
Annual Performance Related Bonus / Salary Review
