Paid Media Marketer | Meta Ads | TikTok Ads | Google Ads

We're a Solihull-based digital marketing agency looking for an experienced Paid Media Marketer to run and scale campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Google Ads for our clients. You'll own campaigns end to end, from account setup and strategy through to optimisation, analysis and reporting.

This is a role for someone who knows these platforms inside out, can work independently without hand-holding, and communicates clearly every step of the way.

What you'll be doing

Planning, building and managing paid campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Google Ads
Setting up ad accounts correctly from scratch on all three platforms (Business Manager, pixels, conversion tracking, audiences)
Building effective media plans and full-funnel strategies for both e-commerce and lead generation clients
Monitoring performance daily and optimising toward clear KPIs (ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR)
Scaling winning campaigns and cutting what isn't working
Providing detailed analysis, insights and clear recommendations, not just raw numbers
Reporting on results regularly and communicating them in plain English
Working closely with our internal team, designers and account managers

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience running paid ads across Meta, TikTok and Google
Proven results in both e-commerce and lead generation
Strong ability to set up and configure ad accounts on all platforms
Excellent analytical skills. Ability to read data and turn it into actionable recommendations
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Clear, confident written and spoken English communication
Available to work UK hours

Nice to have

Ability to create ad assets (creatives, graphics, simple video edits)
Experience with Asana for task and project management
Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
