Overview

You will be at the heart of Boden’s paid social growth story, helping shape and deliver standout campaigns across our core markets, the UK, US and Germany, as well as a number of exciting new global territories. Reporting into the Senior Paid Social Manager, you will take a hands‑on role in bringing our strategy to life, with a particular focus on TikTok as a key growth and creative channel.

You will thrive at the intersection of creativity and performance. From building and optimising campaigns to analysing results and spotting opportunities, you’ll use data to fuel bold, scroll‑stopping ideas. You’ll be a key voice in evolving our TikTok Ads creative strategy, working closely with internal teams and creative partners to develop content that feels native, joyful and unmistakably Boden.

You will play a meaningful role in delivering inspiring, high‑performing paid media that connects with customers around the world, helping Boden show up brilliantly in the moments that matter.

Location: 3 days per week at our North Acton office, 2 day from home.

What You Will Do

Execute and optimise paid social campaigns day‑to‑day, including creative, copy, audiences and channel performance.
Deliver weekly performance updates that go beyond the numbers, turning insights into clear actions.
Support the Paid Media Manager in building feedback loops with Product and Creative to fuel stronger future assets.
Identify and test opportunities to scale TikTok and Meta through structured A/B testing and platform betas.
Collaborate with Brand, Product and Customer teams to unlock performance gains through best‑in‑class creative, feeds and first‑party data.

What We Are Looking For

Experience managing paid social campaigns in a fast‑paced consumer brand or agency environment.
Hands‑on experience with TikTok Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager; Pinterest or Google experience is a plus.
An analytical mindset, confident working with data to spot trends using Excel or Google Sheets.
A strong understanding of what makes a great social ad, with the ability to brief creative teams effectively.
A growth mindset, with the curiosity and hunger to learn quickly and test new ideas.
Excellent execution skills, with the ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong organisational and project management skills, able to juggle priorities with ease.
A social‑first, proactive communicator, confident sharing ideas and results with stakeholders at all levels.
