Join the Claim (JTC) is a specialist marketing and client onboarding business that connects consumers with legal representation. We work alongside SRA-regulated law firms to generate high-intent claimant leads at scale, using creative testing, data-driven strategy, and deep channel expertise to deliver efficient CPL and CPA across multiple legal verticals.

We operate in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment where paid social is at the heart of how we grow. As we expand into new verticals and client relationships, we’re building out our in-house media buying capability — and looking for someone sharp, data-led, and motivated to succeed.

The Role

As Media Buyer at JTC, you’ll manage paid social campaigns across Meta, Google and TikTok, delivering compliant, conversion-focused media buying that drives high-volume claimant acquisition for our law firm partners.

You’ll play a central role in how we attract consumers who need legal support — balancing compliant execution with robust testing and optimisation. Working closely with our creative and operations teams, you’ll use insights to shape strategy and scale what works.

What You’ll Do

Execute paid media strategies across Meta, Google and TikTok to drive efficient CPL and CPA for legal services campaigns
Audit and evaluate ad accounts, using performance data to build clear optimisation roadmaps
Collaborate with the creative team to shape paid social strategy aligned to vertical-specific goals
Use platform data and internal reporting to inform daily optimisation decisions, including disposition and lead quality data
Implement structured testing frameworks across creative, audiences, placements, and formats
Maintain ad account hygiene — clean naming conventions, logical structure, and scalable architecture
Identify and report on insights, bottlenecks, risks, and performance trends
Ensure every change in the ad account ties directly to objectives and KPIs
Produce clear weekly and monthly reporting with actionable recommendations
Ensure full compliance with legal advertising requirements, platform policies, and internal standards

What We’re Looking For

Essential

2+ years’ experience running paid social campaigns, ideally in lead generation, regulated sectors, or high-volume direct response
Strong experience managing Google, Meta and/or TikTok campaigns at scale
A solid understanding of testing, scaling, and optimisation approaches for performance-driven campaigns
Data-led thinking — comfortable reviewing platform performance and turning insights into action
Highly organised, with the ability to maintain clean, scalable account structures
Excellent written and verbal communication with a clear, concise reporting style
Proactive and curious, with the ability to solve problems independently
Ability to work with the creative & content team to ensure alignment

Nice to Have

Experience in agency environments, financial services, claims, insurance, or DTC performance marketing
Experience managing higher-volume budgets or multi-vertical campaigns
Familiarity with compliance considerations in regulated advertising

CPL and CPA improvements across core campaigns
Structured testing implemented with consistent, documented learnings
Strong working partnerships with creative, data, and operations teams
Clean, well-organised, and scalable ad accounts
Reporting that drives decision-making and confident scaling
Ownership of multiple claimant acquisition campaigns across verticals
