The Genius Group is a fast-growing performance marketing agency group. We’re hiring a Paid Social Executive to manage and scale paid social campaigns for a portfolio of agency clients in the finance, claims, and SaaS verticals.

This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience and a proven track record in Meta and TikTok Ads, looking to take the next step in ownership and performance within a high-growth agency environment.

Responsibilities

Own and optimise paid social campaigns across multiple client accounts
Manage campaigns primarily across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok, with exposure to other platforms, where relevant
Deliver high-volume, large-scale, and large budget lead generation and user acquisition campaigns
Monitor, improve and rapidly scale performance across CPA, ROAS, volume, and lead quality
Analyse performance data and provide actionable insights and reporting
Support the development and execution of paid social and creative strategy across accounts
Collaborate closely with creative, data, and performance teams
Manage day-to-day client communication and performance updates
Stay up to date with paid social trends, platform updates, and new ad formats

Requirements

3+ years’ experience in Paid Media, Paid Social, or Performance Marketing
Agency experience preferred
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
Experience running bottom of funnel, lead generation campaigns
Confident in managing multiple campaigns and client accounts
Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPA, conversion tracking)
Analytical mindset with a commercial approach to optimisation
Comfortable taking ownership and working in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the legal/claims sector is preferred but not essential
Marketing Degree or equivalent is preferred but not essential
