CJAJ Media is a performance-driven marketing agency helping brands grow through high-impact paid advertising. We’re looking for a Paid Ads Specialist who knows how to run, test, and scale Meta and Google Ads and actually enjoys the process.

What You’ll Do

Manage and optimise Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
Come up with creative ad ideas (angles, hooks, concepts) that convert
Set up and analyse A/B tests to improve performance
Scale winning campaigns while maintaining ROAS and efficiency
Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and iterate fast
Collaborate remotely with our team on strategy and execution

What We’re Looking For

1–2 years of hands-on experience running Meta and Google Ads
Strong understanding of testing, optimisation, and scaling
Performance-focused mindset (you care about results, not vanity metrics)
Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment
Clear communicator and organised with campaign management
