Your new role
As a Senior Paid Media Executive, you will take ownership of paid media campaigns across multiple channels, managing activity end-to-end to drive performance and growth.
You will be responsible for planning, executing and optimising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, paid social and programmatic. You will manage budgets, monitor performance and deliver actionable insights to continuously improve ROI.
A key part of the role will involve performance analysis, reporting and optimisation, using data to inform decisions and enhance campaign effectiveness. You will also lead on A/B testing and creative optimisation, ensuring campaigns are continuously refined for success.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will contribute to the overall paid media strategy while staying up to date with platform developments and industry trends to keep campaigns competitive and innovative.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns end-to-end across key channels such as Google, Meta, paid social and/or programmatic, with clear strengths in at least one core platform
- Experience managing significant advertising budgets, with a strong understanding of how to allocate spend effectively to drive performance
- A data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in performance analysis, reporting and optimisation using relevant tools (e.g. platform dashboards, analytics tools)
- Demonstrated experience in A/B testing and creative optimisation, with the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to link campaign performance to business outcomes
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- A commitment to ongoing learning, with an active interest in platform updates, new features and broader industry developments
