You will take full ownership of planning, executing, and optimising paid campaigns with a laser focus on ROAS and CPA. You'll be responsible for creating sophisticated campaign strategies that align with our commercial goals, constantly testing new creative, verticals, and audience combinations to drive performance. This is a hands-on role for a true platform specialist who thrives on accountability, autonomy, and proactively bringing new ideas to the table to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn, with a focus on generating high-quality leads.
- Campaign Management: Manage and optimise high-budget campaigns, overseeing everything from campaign structure and ad copywriting to advanced audience targeting, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
- Technical Setup & Tracking: Set up and manage all conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and GA4, ensuring accurate performance reporting and attribution across all platforms.
- Optimisation & Testing: Continuously monitor campaign performance data (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) to identify areas for improvement. Implement a rigorous A/B testing schedule for creatives, headlines, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Carry out detailed performance reporting, translating complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for the wider team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our in-house finance experts and operations team to develop compelling, compliant ad copy and ensure landing pages are fully optimised for conversion.
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed of platform updates, algorithm changes, and privacy regulations (GDPR, etc.) to keep our campaigns competitive, compliant, and ahead of the curve.
