As a Paid Media Executive, you’ll help execute and optimise paid search and paid social campaigns across multiple platforms. This is a great role for someone with solid paid media foundations who wants to grow quickly in a fast-growing agency.
You’ll be hands-on in-platform day to day, supporting performance improvements, reporting, and testing — while learning best-practice processes and strategic thinking from our Paid Media Manager.
What you’ll do
- Support the setup and management of paid search and paid social campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok
- Assist with ongoing optimisation to hit client KPIs (budget pacing, performance improvements, creative testing, search query management, etc.)
- Write ad copy and support creative briefs, coordinate asset collection, and help manage paid social campaigns end-to-end
- Help maintain accurate tracking and measurement (UTMs, pixel/event checks, basic troubleshooting) in collaboration with the wider team
- Support QA checks across accounts (naming conventions, tracking hygiene, budget checks, landing page alignment)
- Join client meetings when needed (often alongside the Paid Media Manager) to understand objectives and share insights
- Stay up to date on platform updates and industry changes, and share learnings with the team
About you
You’re proactive, organised, and keen to improve. You enjoy working across multiple accounts, care about the details, and feel comfortable working with data and ad platforms day to day.
Requirements
- 1+ years’ paid media experience (agency experience preferred, but not essential)
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads (TikTok Ads is a bonus)
- Strong grasp of performance fundamentals (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion tracking basics)
- Great attention to detail and confidence working with numbers and spreadsheets
- Ability to manage priorities across multiple clients with support and guidance
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Motivation to learn quickly and take on more responsibility over time
