Purpose
VASA Fitness is seeking a Paid Media Manager to build, scale, and mature our in house paid media function as a core growth engine for the business.
This role blends hands on, multi-channel execution with a strategic growth mindset focused on measurable business outcomes. The Paid Media Manager owns performance across Paid Social, Google platforms, Video, and Emerging Channels, while developing testing frameworks, scalable processes, and cross functional partnerships that drive long term profitable growth.
This role is accountable for driving Net New Members, improving acquisition efficiency, and increasing downstream value through disciplined optimization and experimentation.
Deliverables
Paid Media Strategy And Channel Management
- Own end to end paid media performance across Paid Social, Google Search, YouTube, Performance Max, Display, and emerging platforms.
- Develop full funnel strategies spanning prospecting, consideration, conversion, and remarketing.
- Set, monitor, and optimize against core KPIs including Net New Members, CPA, CAC, conversion rate, LTV, ROAS, and incrementality.
- Actively manage budgets, pacing, bids, audiences, placements, and formats to maximize marginal return.
- Optimize geo targeted strategies with strong understanding of local demand and market level variability.
- Use attribution and performance insights to inform channel mix and budget allocation decisions.
Hands On Paid Social Ownership
- Directly build, launch, and optimize campaigns within Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Snapchat Ads Manager.
- Own campaign setup including audience development, pixel configuration, event tracking validation, campaign structure, bid strategy, and creative trafficking.
- Develop granular audience strategies including prospecting, lookalike expansion, CRM uploads, suppression lists, retargeting, and geo segmentation.
- Execute daily and weekly optimization routines including budget reallocation, bid adjustments, audience refinement, placement optimization, and creative performance analysis.
- Monitor learning phases, frequency, creative fatigue, and marginal CPA trends to protect efficiency at scale.
- Own structured creative testing within Paid Social including copy, hooks, formats, offers, and landing page alignment.
- Partner with Analytics to validate tracking accuracy across platform reporting, GA4, and internal BI systems.
Google Paid Media Agency Oversight
- Directly manage the external Google paid media agency responsible for implementation across Google Search, YouTube, Performance Max, and Display.
- Own overall Google channel performance including strategy, budget allocation, testing roadmap, and KPI accountability.
- Establish clear performance expectations, reporting standards, and optimization cadences with the agency.
- Review campaign structures, keyword strategies, audience signals, creative testing plans, and bid strategies to ensure best practice execution.
- Lead quarterly business reviews and hold the agency accountable for performance improvements, innovation, and cost efficiency.
- Partner with Analytics to validate attribution accuracy and incrementality measurement across Google platforms.
Growth Strategy and Experimentation
- Build and own a structured experimentation roadmap focused on unlocking incremental growth.
- Design and execute A B and multivariate tests across creative, audience, channel mix, and market strategies.
- Evaluate results with Analytics and scale proven learnings.
- Drive incrementality testing including geo testing and holdout methodology
Creative, Campaign and Landing Page Partnership
- Liaise with Creative and Web teams to develop high performing landing pages aligned to paid media campaigns.
- Lead creative briefs for new campaigns with clear hypotheses, audience definitions, KPIs, and testing objectives.
- Translate performance data into actionable creative direction including messaging, hooks, formats, and offer strategy.
- Ensure alignment between targeting strategy, creative messaging, offer positioning, and landing page experience to maximize conversion efficiency.
- Maintain structured creative testing plans and refresh cycles to mitigate fatigue and sustain growth.
Measurement, Attribution, And Insights
- Leverage platform reporting, GA4, and internal analytics tools to evaluate performance and incrementality.
- Understand differences between platform attribution and blended reporting models.
- Deliver executive ready reporting with clear insights, recommendations, and actions.
Team And Process Development
- Establish best practices and scalable in house paid media processes.
- Document playbook and optimization frameworks.
- Mentor junior team members as the team expands.
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Analytics, Creative, CRM, Operations, Revenue, and Finance teams.
- Serve as the primary performance liaison between Paid Media and Creative.
- Ensure campaign, landing page, and asset timelines support growth objectives.

Qualifications
Qualifications
- 4 to 7 years of paid media experience across multiple acquisition channels.
- Demonstrated hands on experience managing Paid Social campaigns in Meta and at least one additional social platform.
- Experience scaling Paid Social budgets while maintaining or improving CPA and LTV to CAC ratios.
- Experience managing and holding external paid media agencies accountable to performance outcomes.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads ecosystem including Search, YouTube, Performance Max, and Display.
- Strong understanding of pixel implementation, event tracking, UTM structure, and conversion tracking frameworks.
- Experience with multi location or service-based businesses preferred.
- Strong testing and growth mindset.
- Comfortable balancing strategy and hands on execution.
Working Conditions
Primary work in a fitness facility and office setting. Temperature variations can occur. The environment includes some ambient noise such as talking and use of gym equipment and machinery.

- Physical Strength: Sitting, standing, and walking. Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move a minimum of 30 pounds.
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to deal with a variety of variables under limited standardization. Able to interpret various instructions and relay instructions to clients.
- Attendance is an essential duty of the position. Employees must work regularly scheduled shifts, during business hours to assist members and sell services in-person.
