About the RoleWe’re looking for a data-driven, results-focused PPC Manager to take full ownership of our paid advertising across Google, Meta, Amazon, and eBay.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who loves refining performance through testing, optimisation, and analytics — and wants to see their work directly impact revenue and growth.
You’ll plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across multiple platforms, driving measurable ROI while continuously experimenting to find what works best.
What You’ll Do- Manage and optimise ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Sponsored Ads, and eBay Promotions
- Build and refine Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and Paid Social campaigns to maximise ROAS and conversion rates
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to drive ongoing improvement
- Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, MER, LTV) and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Manage tracking and attribution via GA4, GTM, and platform tools
- Collaborate with creative and product teams to align ads with landing pages and offers
- Stay ahead of platform updates and marketplace trends to keep campaigns competitive
What We’re Looking For- 3+ years’ hands-on PPC experience (Google Ads essential; Meta, Amazon & eBay desirable)
- Proven success managing ad budgets and improving ROI
- Strong analytical skills — confident using data to make performance decisions
- Solid understanding of tracking, attribution, and conversion optimisation
- Proactive, curious, and performance-minded, with confidence to take ownership of results
