Become a Junior Paid Search Executive We’re looking for a Junior Paid Search Executive to join our growing Search team Reporting into the Senior Search Marketing Manager, you’ll support the planning, execution, and optimization of our paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and YouTube. You’ll work closely with the wider Search and Digital team to drive traffic, increase conversions, and support revenue growth through efficient and effective performance marketing. Your Mission Assist in the setup and management of PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other platforms.Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategy.Write compelling ad copy aligned with brand tone of voice and campaign goals.Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting on KPIs.Support PPC team with budget tracking and ensure campaigns stay within allocated spend.Collaborate with Content, Paid Social & Affiliates, and Merchandising teams to align messaging and promotion
