Paid Media Specialist - 3 days/week @ £21,000/annum

About us

Cassidy Hospitality Group runs five hospitality businesses in Enniskillen: The Westville Hotel, Gourmet Grocer, the Firehouse and the Crowes Nest. Our guests come from across Northern Ireland, Great Britain and the Republic of Ireland. Much of our trade follows the seasons, from Christmas parties and afternoon tea to short breaks and live music.

We are bringing our paid advertising in-house and need a specialist to plan, run and report on Google and social media advertising across all five businesses. You will work closely with our marketing team and with the agency that supports our organic search and reporting.

What you will do

You will plan, build and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max and YouTube for each business.
You will run Facebook and Instagram advertising through Meta Ads Manager for events, seasonal offers, short breaks and dining.
You will set up and maintain conversion tracking in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Meta, including bookings made through our booking engine.
You will manage a separate budget for each business and move spend towards the campaigns that bring in bookings and enquiries.
You will write ad copy and produce simple creative, including short videos for social media, and brief photographers or designers when a campaign needs more.
You will plan campaigns around our calendar and launch them early enough for Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and the summer season.
You will target customers in Northern Ireland, Great Britain and the Republic of Ireland, with messaging suited to each market.
You will produce a monthly report showing what each campaign cost and what it delivered, written for people who are not advertising specialists.
You will test new advertising channels where there is a clear business case, including ChatGPT ads.

What you will bring

You have at least three years of hands-on experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns yourself, including at least two years in a digital agency or a similar role managing several clients.
You have managed several accounts or brands at the same time, each with its own budget and targets.
You have a working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel, and you can check that conversions are being recorded correctly.
You write strong ad copy and can produce or brief creative that suits each platform.
You can turn campaign data into clear recommendations in plain English.
You are well organised and comfortable planning several campaigns weeks in advance.

It would be good if you also have

Experience in hotels, hospitality, travel, events or food and drink.
Experience with Google Hotel Ads or hotel booking engines.
Google Ads or Meta certifications, or equivalent knowledge you can show through your previous work.
Experience with Microsoft Ads, Pinterest or TikTok advertising.
An interest in ChatGPT ads and other AI-based advertising, or early experience with them.
Experience advertising to customers in the Republic of Ireland.

How to apply

Apply through Indeed with your CV and a short note describing one campaign you ran, what you changed and what result it produced. Shortlisted candidates will be asked to present a short campaign plan at interview.
