We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Social Media and Google Ads Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. Duties

Plan, create, and optimise Google Ads campaigns, including PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising, ensuring maximum return on investment.
Manage and grow social media channels by developing engaging content and scheduling posts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Oversee media buying activities to ensure effective allocation of advertising budgets across various channels.
Analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and DoubleClick to track key metrics and optimise strategies accordingly.
Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings alongside paid campaigns.
Utilise Google AdWords to develop targeted ads that reach specific audiences based on demographics, interests, and behaviour.
Monitor ad performance regularly, adjusting bids, keywords, and ad copy to improve campaign effectiveness.
Coordinate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that align with brand messaging.
Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, media buying, and advertising platforms to ensure innovative campaign strategies.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns and PPC management.
Strong knowledge of social media management tools and strategies for platforms such as Facebook Advertising.
Familiarity with media buying techniques across digital channels.
Proficiency in analysing data using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and DoubleClick.
Understanding of SEO principles and their integration with paid advertising efforts.
Experience with Google AdWords certification is highly desirable.
Knowledge of marketing principles with an emphasis on digital channels.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.
