About Numan

Founded in 2018, we’ve already grown to be a 300+ team distributed across the globe, united by a singular mission: empowering people to take control of their health.

Numan is transforming health: we’ve built a cutting-edge platform that integrates diagnostics, medication, supplements, digital programmes, and doctor consultations. Giving people the tools they need to maximise life.

To deliver on our transformative mission, we are guided by our 5 company values:

• Patients first.

• Learn fast.

• Own the quality.

• Succeed together.

• Care deeply.

Backed by top-tier investors, Numan is already having a positive impact on hundreds of thousands of patients here in the UK, and we want you to help us deliver this mission!

The role

We’re looking for a Paid Social Lead to own and evolve Numan’s paid social function. This is not a campaign management role — you will define how paid social drives growth, combining creative strategy, automation, and platform execution across Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels.

You’ll build a creative-first growth engine, scaling high-quality acquisition in a competitive, regulated category.

You'll be:

Defining best-in-class approach across Meta, TikTok and beyond
Setting direction on asset mix (video vs static), formats (Reels, Stories, Feed), and creative types (UGC vs hi-fi) etc.
Developing clear POVs on what works, why, and what to test next
Building and running a high-velocity creative system (hundreds of assets/month)
Translating performance into actionable creative insights and hypotheses
Partnering with creative teams to deliver platform-native, performance-led output
Designing workflows to support 1,000+ concurrent ads
Implementing modular frameworks (e.g. Hook × Body × CTA for video)
Defining account structures for modern algorithmic bidding environments
Leading testing across creative, bidding, and landing experiences
Scaling efficiently while navigating platform constraints and restrictions
Owning how data feeds performance (CAPI, event design, value-based optimisation)
Using tools like Motion and BI platforms to identify winning patterns

We're looking for someone who has:

7+ years in Paid Social with experience scaling high-spend accounts
Strong, opinionated understanding of: Video vs static, UGC vs hi-fi AND Platform-native formats (Meta & TikTok)
Proven ability to drive creative-led growth, not just media buying
Experience with creative automation, feeds, or templated production
Deep knowledge of platform mechanics (bidding, structure, signals)
Comfortable with data, attribution, and incrementality

It's a bonus if you have:

Experience with Smartly.io or similar tools
Background in regulated or high-LTV categories
Exposure to broader growth channels (PPC, SEO, Display, CRO)
