Position overview

The Paid Media Manager will support the planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting of paid media programmes for clients. This role combines hands-on channel delivery with the ability to contribute to paid media strategy where appropriate, working in close partnership with Client Service and cross-functional teams.

This role requires a self-starter who can manage priorities independently, anticipate issues, and maintain delivery standards with limited oversight. This is a part-time / 3 days per week role.

Key responsibilities

Manage and optimise campaigns across paid social (Meta, LinkedIn) and Google Ads (Search and Display), as well as Amazon and Spotify ensuring performance and budget pacing remain on track

Contribute to paid media strategy and channel recommendations, including audience approach, channel mix, measurement considerations, and learning agendas

Develop media plans and campaign structures aligned to client objectives and wider omnichannel activity

Monitor KPIs and performance trends, identifying optimisation actions and communicating implications clearly

Provide timely performance updates, reporting, and commentary tailored to client needs (weekly/quarterly as required)

Maintain strong execution standards, including campaign QA, platform setup checks, and tracking hygiene in partnership with relevant teams

Support new business activity by contributing to paid media strategy, campaign architecture, and performance insights

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Client Service, Strategy, Creative, Operations) to ensure integrated delivery

Skills and experience

Demonstrated experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn), including optimisation against defined KPIs

Working knowledge of Google Ads (Search and Display)

Strong analytical capability, with confidence interpreting platform data and producing clear insights (Excel/Google Sheets)

Confident client-facing communication, including presenting recommendations and performance narratives

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
